• Master’s degree (a three-year thesis-based program) in TESOL, assessed by World Education Services (WES) as Canadian equivalency to a master’s degree in Canadian institutions • 10+ years of experience as an EFL teacher to adult learners at multiple Vietnam leading universities • 4+ years of experience teaching and supporting international students from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds in Canada • Strong foundation knowledge, skills, and experiences in teaching and learning theories, and renown educational philosophies • A certified English examiner, issued by Vietnamese Standardized Test of English Proficiency (VSTEP) in 2018
